Order or shipping questions: Include your order number when available.
Live arrival or 15-day guarantee: Include clear photos and your basic tank parameters.
Coral care: Tell us the coral name, lighting, flow and current parameters.
Manufacturer-direct dry goods: Include the product and order number. Availability and lead times are controlled by the manufacturer.
