All our corals are shipped UPS Priority Overnight with insulated Styrofoam boxes. When the weather is 65°F or below, items will be shipped with a 40 hours+ heat pack. When the temperature is 80°F or above, items will be shipped with ice packs. Shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

At GemStateCorals.com, we uphold a DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy. We offer local pickup by appointment and ship via UPS Priority Overnight from Monday to Thursday for timely delivery. In case of adverse weather or delays, orders may be delayed for safe arrival.

For any DOA claims, promptly photograph the coral in its sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery. Email us the image with your order details; upon verification, receive store credit (excluding shipping costs). gemstatecorals@gmail.com
